hey girly, I'm rachel

I’m a photographer, business owner, and wife. I’m super drawn to anything editorial, unexpected, and a little weird.. I love creating things, building businesses, hosting people, traveling, finding really good restaurants, and making ordinary things feel a little more special.

My faith is a huge part of my life, as is my marriage and the community around me.  Outside of work, I’m usually trying to convince myself that I’m going to become a runner and planning our next trip.  I’m very much a “let’s just see what happens” person, but I also somehow have a spreadsheet for it.

Someone who has really good taste

I care a lot about composition, light, movement, fashion, and all the little details that make an image feel cool. But more than anything, I want you to look back at your gallery and remember how the day actually felt.
Basically, I want the photos to be beautiful enough to frame, honest enough to feel like you, and interesting enough that you’re still obsessed with them twenty years from now.yours.
